Hello Everyone! 

What an incredible showing by the Quackers!!! That was amazing!!! I saw so many swimmers using the skills we are working on in practice, crushing those turns and underwaters and really finishing all the way to the wall!! (And many more of course!) We had 165 time drops, accounting for 52% of all swims!!! That is AmAzInG!! It is so hard to go your fastest time! We also won the meet which I am so super excited about!!!

Record breakers:

• Ben Talley broke his own LEAGUE WIDE and Queensmill Record in the 13-14 boys 100 meter freestyle going a 58.90.
• Our 9-10 mixed 200 meter freestyle relay, Graham Ellenberger, Wesley King, Lillian Talley, and Issac Vaughan, SHATTERED the prior record that was set back in 2014 by FOUR seconds going a 2:30.32.
• Our 15-18 mixed 200 meter freestyle relay, Sydney Curtis, Carson Ellenberger, Sarah Knize, and Sawyer Michalski, broke their own record from the first meet of the year by nearly 2 seconds, going a 1:54.05.
• Carson Ellenberger DEMOLISHED his prior 15-18 50 meter breaststroke record by over a second, going a 32.11!
• Sarah Knize broke her record in the 15-18 girls 100 meter freestyle by over a second going a 1:07.24!
• Catherine Talley broke her record in the 11-12 girls 100 meter freestyle by two whole seconds, going a 1:10.36!
• Lillian Talley broke her record in the 10 & under girls 100 meter freestyle by over two seconds going a 1:19.28!
